In addition, Carlos regularly facilitates High Performing Leaders programs, designed increase leadership capability of both self and others. As part of this program Carlos has helped hundreds of leaders create a “personal trademark”, a performance tool that also helps leaders ensure that the legacy they are creating is the one they ultimately want to leave behind.
